เป็นแผงสวิตช์ที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อใช้กับหน่วยเชื่อมต่อสถานีย่อaยแบบ 4 สาย N-8400RS คุณสามารถสร้างแผงสวิตช์ที่ต้องการเพื่อให้ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์โดยการรวม RS-142 เข้ากับแผงควบคุมการทำงานที่เตรียมไว้แยกต่างหากซึ่งมีสวิตช์ 3 ตัวสำหรับใช้เป็นปุ่มเรียก นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถใช้ร่วมกับชุดหูฟังอินเตอร์คอม IP รุ่น RS-481 ได้อีกด้วย
